Move over Kings and Queens of the castle...this one is for the Lil Rascals!

This 1km race is a perfect for kids who want an introduction to running - it's achievable, it's safe, every participant will receive a finishers medal and they get to finish under the arch. 

​

This is not a timed event, it's purely for participation and fun, and parents/carers are welcome to join any child that needs extra support, motivation - but don't let their size fool you, they might be small, but they are also FAST! 

​

The race starts on Junction Road, before turning back onto the footpaths and back under the finishing arch. A lead rider will take the front-runners out and we have volunteers on the course to make sure everyone makes it back safely and happily.

This event has been designed for fun - it's just a case of who has more, the kids or the people there alongside them!​
